Reames, Savage, Taxman
It's all been happening at the Racecourse in the last couple of days. First John Reames quits as MD, then Robbie Savage comes out in support of Wrexham Council's plan to buy the Racecourse Ground from Alex Hamilton. Then, just as things were looking up, the Inland Revenue threatens to wind the club up.
In the midst of all of this turmoil, Wrexham have an away game at Torquay to prepare for. Matty Crowell, Danny Williams, Dean Bennett, Mark Jones and Levi Mackin are all doubtful, and Brian Carey, Chris Armstrong, Jim Whitley, Andy Dibble and Carlos Edwards are definitely still out. All in all then, not the best of weeks.
