There's nothing like a derby win to lift the spirits. Juan Ugarte's 19th minute strike, coming
from a Chris Llewellyn cross, gave Wrexham local bragging rights, and imporved chances of a
trip to the Millenium Stadium in the near future. Attention now turns to Friday's match at
Scunthorpe in the FA Cup Second Round, a game which will be broadcast live on Sky Sports
One from 7:30pm (By which time, as it happens, we could be in administration).
Meanwhile, the saga surrounding Mark Guterman's bid to buy the club from Alex Hamilton
continues. Hamilton is claiming there is a bid, supposedly worth £10m, from a building
company to purchase the land currently occupied by the Racecourse Ground.
