Alex Smith is fit again, and will probably come back into the team to replace Darren Ferguson,
serving a one-match suspension, for the trip to Milton Keynes.
In other news, Wrexham are appealing the ten-point penalty imposed on them by the Football
League. Fans and local businessmen have agreed to cover the cost of the appeal, which is
running concurrently with possible legal action against the Welsh Football League regarding
European qualification. The latter, although not of immediate priority, is something which
needs to be resolved - currently Wrexham cannot qualify for UEFA competitions through either
English OR Welsh competitions.
