One Day...
I take one day off watching TV/checking websites/posting to this blog, due to an incredibly painful headache/sore throat/dizziness combination, and what happens?
First, Wrexham arrange home friendlies with Liverpool (9 July) and Bristol City (23 July).
Then, Wrexham sign a new defender in the shape of Dave Bayliss, who obviously feels he has even less of a chance of getting in the Luton team this year than he did last season.
THEN, Mark Jones signs a new contract, and Hector Sam moves to Port Vale.
No wonder I'm typing this despite considerable discomfort: with Wrexham, you can't afford to take your eye off the ball.
