Rushden & Diamonds : The Future?
Could Rushden & Diamonds' approach be the way forward? The Supporters' Trust has been in control of the club for three weeks now, and seems to be doing alright. However, the Trust was lucky enough to inherit a debt-free club, which had more than £20m of assets thanks to the Doc Martens millions of the Griggs family. Whilst there are other differences between the R&D situation and that of Wrexham, I wonder if something similar would work at the Racecourse Ground in the future?
