Brian Carey Retires; Hamilton Won't Sell
Brian Carey, who played 304 league games for Wrexham in a career that also involved representing Ireland as well as spells at Manchester United and Leicester City, has announced his retirement from playing football. He will be sadly missed by many Wrexham fans, including myself, as he was an important part of nearly all of the significant events for Wrexham in the last decade and a half.
PS: Just seen on Sky Sports News: Alex Hamilton quoted as saying he won't sell the Racecourse until after the court case in November.
