Wrexham and Northampton fans were yesterday about as frustrated as someone who had traveled 50 miles to watch a cricket match, only for the weather to mean that he only sees an hour of cricket, just enough to mean that he'll only be refunded a mere £16, less a £1.15 fee for claiming a refund!
On the other hand, Wrexham and Northampton fans didn't get to see a band of drunken Morris dancers serenading a cricket crowd with 'You've Lost That Loving Feeling', so they may have been even more frustrated than I was. Especially Northampton fans, who saw Mark Jones make two goal-line clearances. The young Welshman also frustrated the visiting support, missing a number of chances to put Wrexham ahead.
