Leyton Orient 1 Wrexham 1

Wrexham took a second-half lead on 53 minutes through Darren Ferguson's 18-yard strike, and looked to be heading home with all three points before Gary Alexander scored with ten minutes remaining. The Orient captain was left free to had Matt Lockwood's cross goalwards.

Wrexham were then left holding on as the match turned on its head, but Leyton Orient's goalscorer was twice unable to clinch all three points for his side.

In other news, Wrexham have been drawn away to Blackpool in the First Round of this season's LDV Vans Trophy, with the game penciled in for Tuesday October the 18th.
