Desperate Times
Wrexham are definitely without Sean Pejic, Matt Crowell, Lee Roche and Jim Whitley through injury, as well as Simon Spender through suspension, for the trip to Bury. Dean Bennett, Lee McEvilly and Dennis Lawrence are also major doubts.
Wrexham are in fact so short of players that they have been granted special dispensation to recruit new players by the Football League. First amongst these new recruits is 21-year-old Paul Linwood, on a month's loan from Tranmere.
